One-on-One Sessions

Choose Your Own Number of Mentorship Sessions:

Single Session / Portfolio Review:
1 Hour
(Used mostly for portfolio reviews and advice, but an option if you want to start with one.)
Cost: $140

*30 Minute Single Sessions available by request: $75 (portfolio reviews excluded)

One-on-One Session Packages:

Package of hourly one-on-one video sessions only, but still covering goals, feedback and mentoring tasks (using the video calls). At your pace and number of sessions.
2-5 sessions: $120 each
6-10 Sessions: $110 each
10+ Sessions: $100
Preparation time goes into each session, in addition to the hourly time, but is included in the price.

*Pricing*
I've spent a lot of time researching how much others charge for anything similar. I tend to be overly focused on others’ value, where it can undermine my time and value, so, I’ve made my pricing more than fair. My focus can’t be compromised, so I’ll always give as much as possible, regularly stay over time w/ no extra charge. Saying that, there’s a reason people charge the prices they do. The time commitment it demands is great. A one hour zoom call takes multiple times that time in prep. I make sure I give more than what’s needed, while bringing a high level of work, recognition and experience in the field. I’m keeping the pricing where it’s at until the end of the year, but will re-evaluate starting 2024. The number of mentorships accepted are limited, so, if interested, now’s the best time to reserve a spot.

Mentorship Program Structure:

1. Building Your Mentorship Program Based on Your Needs

Go over preparation for our initial online Mentorship Program meeting, including questionnaire to learn about you and tailor it your needs
One-on-One Hour long online video meeting to explore and discuss your portfolio, style, interests, wants and needs during your photography mentorship.
Based on above, we set goals and objectives for your tailored mentorship program, along with explanation of how we’ll get there over the course of the mentorship.
Goals: Individual goals tailored to your wants, needs and our first meeting, along with putting together a series or small zine at culmination of the mentorship program.
2. Tailored Mentorship Program Working Together to Meet Your Goals

Bi-Monthly tasks/assignments/goals tailored to you from our initial discussion/review and on-going discussion.
Photo critiques, feedback, discussions and lessons.
Bi-Monthly 1 hour Zoom meeting + extra final session (7 hour-long one-on-one video conference sessions in total)
Bi-Monthly email exchange talks regarding tasks, photos, critiques, feedback, lessons and any questions you have (on weeks without Zoom Meetings)
3. Culmination of Mentorship Program and Your Goals Coming Together

Preparation for completion meeting and celebration
Final One-on-One online Zoom meeting
We go over all that you’ve accomplished over the course of the mentorship, your goals and tasks completed, final photo critique and the completion of a photo series or zine (depending on our initial discussion and program length).
